1. Digital Products (eBooks)

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. We strongly advise that you check the product details before making your purchase.

Download Policy: Digital products can only be downloaded once. Please make sure to save your eBook immediately after downloading, as the download link will not be available for a second use. If you fail to save the file, you will lose access to it and will not be eligible for a replacement.
2. Physical Products (Books)

Replacement Policy: We offer replacements on physical products (books) under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement once we receive the returned product.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement.

You will need to send the product back to the address provided, and we will cover the shipping costs for returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Non-Returnable Items: Books that are opened or used (except if damaged or defective) cannot be returned for replacement.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement for a damaged/defective physical product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/defective product (if applicable).

We will process your replacement within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Shipping Costs

Digital Products: No shipping costs apply.

Physical Products: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please request a replacement if the item is damaged or defective and place a new order for the other product.
